Lesson 1
The secret to pouring a perfect cocktail is understanding that not everyone is an alcoholic. From personal experience, and after numerous consultations with both my psychiatrist and general physician, I have come to acknowledge that not everyone enjoys drinking a triple. However, two simple rules of thumb are as follows:
When pouring a cocktail, a 1.5 second pour over ice, followed by the preferred mixer of the imbiber. Also, libations mixed must become libations enjoyed, so think before you pour. The last thing anyone wants is to waste such precious liquids.
A syllabus will not be required for this class, however, I will be awarding participation points at irregular intervals. Pop quizzes may also occur whenever the hell I feel like it.
